A Few Testimonials...
I have known bill Corbett for over 16 years. He is one of the most kind, loving, and caring people that I have ever met. Possibly his greatest gift is his ability to work with others in a way that not only paints a clear picture, but also creates a roadmap to achieve a person's goals and dreams. He is a man of highest personal integrity and strength of character.
I couldn't begin to relate even a fraction of the wisdom, insight, and personal demonstration of faith that Bill has shared with me over these past years. Suffice it to say, that I am one of Bill's biggest fans. I have been involved as an owner of a successful business for 34 years in northern Colorado. When I first met Bill, I was at a crossroads. I had lost sight of what was important, losing interest in my business and family, not caring too much about the future, becoming more selfish and self-centered, and generally not enjoying life the way I wanted.
This all might have had something to do with my increasing personal battle with alcoholism. Bill shared the light that was shared with him. He told me that we were not the light, but we were the window and that our job was to keep our glass clean and to let God's light shining through our glass into the lives of others." He had me write the following words: "Humility is teachability." He explained that only in humility, could we learn the spiritual lessons of life and begin to understand their meaning.
He demonstrated by personal example all of the things that he taught me. My life began to change. It was a lot of work looking back, but it didn't seem like it at the time. My life was changing so fast that I had a hard time keeping up. In time, I began to enjoy my family and my work again. I had a new direction and purpose in life. Bill exhibited a sense of service to others that seem to give his life a purpose and meaning.
Since those early days, I have had the honor and privilege of working with Bill helping others. With Bill on their life journey people have had their lives transformed and given a new meaning, purpose, and direction that transcends the imagination. Bill once described the mentor relationship as something more than friendship, more like a family, a meeting of equals, and yet somehow more than all of this. Today, I understand what he meant I couldn't recommend highly enough to journey you may be considering taking with a man that I am honored to call my friend and mentor.
